We make a big error in ordering our solar panels two years ago from a company to install Solar panels for my business. Since then they have changed their name another two times. Mean while I kept paying the electric company every month for nothing. They had put the wrong shut off switch and kept promising that they would be out to fix it. The electric company would not install the meter without the shut off box was corrected. All we got was excuses after excuses for over a year. One call to Solar Direct and even tho they had nothing to do with the original company the owner Dale took pity on me and Frank add on the correct box. Thank goodness there are people like them. We just had a 28 solar panel system installed and had a great experience with Solar Direct. We did our own research on different panels and inverters before deciding to go solar. From day one, we were treated very respectfully and all of our questions and concerns were answered. (Thank you Dale & Oliver!) We were given a complete description of how the process takes place and a projected timeline. Everything was completed in or very close to that timeline, the only delay of a couple of days caused by an abundance of rain for a few days. (Thank you Frank!) After the install was complete, we had to wait for FPL to install the NET meter, which was within a week, even though we thought it would be postponed due to Hurricane Dorian. Once the NET meter was installed, I was contacted and instructed on how to sign on to the website and install the app to monitor the system. So far, all seems great and it was a pleasant experience dealing with Solar Direct.
